Ice Queen (2005)

A unique female specimen from the Pleistocene Age, a.k.a. the Ice Age, is kept in cryogenic stasis while being transported back to civilization in a military convoy. When the convoy is raided by mercenaries who move the specimen onto a plane, the "Ice Queen" awakens in an uncontrollably aggressive state and kills the pilot, causing the plane to crash into a resort. Having survived the crash, the Ice Queen embarks on a rampage throughout the resort, forcing the survivors into a desperate battle for survival.

Ice Queen, though it's is in the horror genre, is nothing but a barrel of laughs. Good for all ages. It doesn't have the greatest acting, that's for sure, and the special effects are not very convincing, but it adds to the movie. Adults, have a few beers and watch this on halloween with your children. A great B-movie, up there with She-Devils On Wheels!

A poor horror movie. One star given as I watched it on DVD so I was able to skip the REALLY bad bits.

I saw the trailer for this and thought, "wow" Ami Chorlton done up as the prehistoric woman from the Ice Age was the only thing I found good with this film. The acting (if you can call it that) by Jennifer Hill (as Elaine) was absolutely diabolical. How the hell she was even considered is beyond me... oh wait I can see 2 reasons she may have got this part. Awful!

2 stars may seem like a high rating, but I saw this right after "Pulse." I understood just how bad a movie could be, and, in the grand scheme, this wasn't that bad.

I give this movie 3 stars because it was kinda sucky in a way. It was supposed to be scary I think, but it was more funny.
