At its best, the film deftly plumbs the gulf between its central couple... At its worst, it paints a Victorian portrait of womanhood... It's shoddily plotted, too.

Joe Leydon 28 Oct 2013

Despite the bumpy pacing and the routine plot elements, writer-director Le-Van Kiet periodically generates a sense of palpable trepidation during what might best be described as a worst-case scenario about post-partum depression.

Avi Offer 25 Oct 2013

Effectively creepy psychological horror that doesn't rely on gore.

Mark Jenkins 23 Oct 2013

There’s nothing sly about writer-director Le-Van Kiet’s scenario.

Justin Lowe 30 Oct 2013

The film manages to generate only mild shocks and surprises.
