Hardbodies (1984)

Three middle-aged daddies visit California to have a marvelous time at the beach. When they learn that a nice apartment and an expensive cabriolet isn't enough for them to score with the chicks, they employ a student to help them. At first he's as disgusted of them and his job as his girlfriend, but soon they find out how to use the situation to everyone's benefit.

The rating is based on sheer nostalgia, but I still enjoy this silly turkey of a film. A group of clueless middle-aged guys enlist the aid of a slacker beach bum to try and score some young tail. Boobs and hijinx ensue. As I said, this one is pure nostalgia, so proceed with caution unless you're already a fan, it's pretty corny.

Three older men arrive in California in search of lustful adventures with young beach bunnies but with little luck. That is until they meet Scottie, a beach bum who is great with the ladies but is low on cash. They strike a deal that Scottie with help them talk to girls in exchange for some money. Hardbodies is a rather typical 80's teen comedy. It's sort of the epitome of these types of films actually being loaded with lots of T & A and cheesy 80s music. If you want to watch a typical 80s sitcom, this shouldn't disappoint.

This is exactly what you would expect. Three older men seek a young beach boy to school them in the ways of "getting digits" and more obscure 1980s beach slang that has never actually been verfied as ever having been cool. Nudity and crazy hijinx ensure to predictable results.
