Handsome Siblings (1992)

One hundred seventy years ago, a wise monk made a section of land known as the Villians Valley, a sanctuary. Anyone who came to the valley was considered protected and safe from the law. The proclamation also stated that they should have a chance at repentance. The Master of Eva Palace, who is now master of the martial arts world, holds no regard for the ancient laws and enters the valley in search of the 10 Untouchable Villians because she has a warrant of justice to destroy them. The remaining 8 villians were actually the 10 Untouchable Heroes until they were framed by two of their own members, The Twin Villians, and used as scapegoats.

Another adaption of Gu Long's novel about ancient swordsmen. Again, lots of additions & deletions. Jokes are cheap & dirty. Watched it just because of Sharla Cheung (as Eva).

I found this kind of re-write film is somehow appealing with an indescribable magic. Again, Brigitte Lin was a part of this magic.

Changed from the original novel plot-- the brothers aren't brothers anymore and the gender of one is actually now female--ironic since that is Brigitte Lin's character and she shot to fame for her cross-dressing role in Swordsman and now that same quality is probably what explains the modification.

Handsome Siblings is about two brothers .... instead it is now about two lovers...... What the? The verbal portion was just.... low. constant references to the Sex.... especially the part with the horse.. even if it is funny to watch, it is still a waste of the actors and actresses..
