Quentin and Antoine are 18-year-old twins. Without their father knowing it, they set out on a voyage to Spain, where their mother's funeral is to take place. The two brothers barely knew their mother. Their hitchhiking journey is full of encounters, arguments, reconciliations, and experiences. Their time on the road also reveals their differences, the splits in their attractions, and the confusion of their feelings.

Cute French film about identical twins who, although having shared the same journey for most of their lives, discover ( on the way to their absent mothers funeral) that their future paths are quite different. The film explores their battles with eachother as well as their love for eachother sensitively, but tries too hard to be 'arthouse' in parts. Pleasant enough though.

this movie was interesting. Not much dialogue and all you see is the twin brothers walking and hitching rides. One of the brothers has sex with a guy so that's the only "real" highlight of this movie. The other brother watches in the bushes, pissed. He then storms off! So what does he later do? Lets an older guy have sex with his brother if he pays. Then storms off and ditches his brother! I mean really! The 2 minute or so cartoon of the two brothers running at the beginning of the movie was pretty cool. It wasn't as good as expected (this movie, I mean.)

Once you get over the fact that this movie isn't about twin on twin action, you can settle in to watch their journey across Europe to attend their mother's funeral. But somehow, you never quite feel for them as they encounter various hardships along the way, testing their brotherly love to the limit. Great use of animation at the start though.. by far my favourite bit.

With its meandering, unfocussed narrative, this sometimes feels more like beautiful moving wallpaper than an actual film. But even without much plot, it's a fascinating exploration of identity.
