Absolutely fantastic job breathing new life into the franchise. I went into this with high expectations and was blown away... I'd give it a 20 if I could. Would love to see multiple GB chapters/franchisees by state/country in future sequels to help tie in and validate the fandom to the lore and even a series.

This is the ghostbusters Movie fans thought they would never get, and it really works, a beautiful shot film with so much heart, I was engaged all the way though, yes its all about the Spengler's, but its a passing of the torch movie handing it off to a new generation of Ghostbusters, Funny Scary and emotional. Its the best Ghostbusters movie that they could of had, explanation of the death of Egon ( Actor harrold Rammis) was done with the up most respect. I dont understand the people complaining about all the nostalgia... because they tried a film without all that and it bombed at the box office, reading other critic reviews you can tell there is toys being thrown out the pram becuase the film they raved about in 2016 was not good. I will admit the film is for the fans, but even my Mrs loved the film and was crying by the end. a well written well executed movie respecting what had come before and setting up for a possible future of the franchise.

It's a great movie and way better than i expected to be honest. Unlike most movies these days it isn't crammed full of woke bs, and actually honors the Original. Good Story. Excellent visuals. Enjoyable characters. Would definitly recommend.

I wasn't expecting to be touched by this movie, cinema for the last few years has been lacking. So my expectations were low, especially in regards to the 2016 film as films appeared to only be about content less content. In contract, Ghostbusters: Afterlife was fun, wholesome, original and uplifting. It was refreshing to go to a theater, pay a bunch of money, and actually being entertained. It was almost shocking how good this film was. After seeing the character development, especially that of Phoebe Spengler (McKenna Grace), playing a character who is someone who is not neuro typical, brought me to tears. My daughter was recently diagnosed as not Neuro typical. So when I saw Phoebe's character develop into a thriving, confident, butt-kicking character, it really touched me. Thank you for writing this, and for McKenna Grace portraying this character. Keep it up.

10/10. Its funny people complain about fan service. But its exactly that a service to Fans who love the originals and cartoon. Why release something only Critics will love and fans will not. Who is going to pay to watch the movie or merchandise in that instance.
