Pure Poetry. Those who said they were bored were not listening. Those who said it was violent or stereotypical were not listening to what it said about the influences of history and the relentlessness of emotional wounds. Thank you Denzel, Thank you Viola. All the actors were spot on Brilliant! Will go down of one of the best films I've ever seen and now I want to go to more works by August Wilson.

Loved the storyline. Didn't like Denzel's character although he performed great.
