Desperately in search of a way to convey a pretty simple message. Wants to provoke thought and outrage, but it's way too calm for it's own good. By the end, you want the characters to be angry, yet hopeful, but you never knew much about them to begin with. And for the first time ever, I'd actually rather watch "Crash" again. At least it had two powerful scenes and Michael Pena.

Dark, spooky look into a Philly community. I had no idea where it was going at times, and found myself wanting to turn the channel repeatedly. In the end I was left with a sad hopefulness. Black thought held it down tho (The Roots representing). Don't kno how I slept on this joint!

You're willing to go for it, my pleasure. Oh, such dedicated drama that comes off as a pitiful bore.

Three of my favorite young actors are in this movie: Paul Dano, Lou Taylor Pucci and Rosario Dawson. I was bound to like it even if it had been horrible, but as it turned out I liked it because it was wonderful.
