Wim Wenders' last movie follows a successful photographer on his journey to find some answers out of his confusion about life and death. The movie is personal but not so special, it would be boring if it wasn't for the fantastic soundtrack.

It's better than I think... I don't like the numerous dreamlike sequences, but there are many beautiful shots and great songs by Rosa Balistreri (a Sicilian folk's artist) or Lou Reed; I don't like the performance of Giovanna Mezzogiorno... but verall I recognized the city of Palermo...is a unique city in the world... not so bad!

this movie should end at the middle, because the metaphorical and symbolical speech used by wenders cannot be bom. a very emotional statement made by wenders, but a trist storyline and a lack of dramaturgy cannot compensate this. imagery and soundtrack are awesome though...
