TenÃa muchas ganas de ver esta pelÃcula, pero me terminÃ³ decepcionando... es una pelÃcula pretenciosa ya que pretende abordar temas como la opresiÃ³n sufrida por el pueblo judÃo (tal vez para hacerla mÃ¡s "internacional"), pero el desarrollo de ello se confunde con la historia que supuestamente es la central: el reencuentro de un padre en sus Ãºltimos dÃas de vida, con su hija que vive en MÃ©xico y que viaja a Chile para estar con Ã©l y su familia... AdemÃ¡s, pretende mostrar una supuesta "infidelidad" entre el rabino casado y con hijos (Francisco Melo) con esta chica chileno-mexicana (Ana Serradilla), y al final el romance es absolutamente intrascendente e innecesario. Las historias mismas de los otros miembros de la familia, no se explican, no se sustentan, y definitivamente no se sustenta en lo absoluto. QuizÃ¡s lo Ãºnico rescatable, es la fotografÃa, la cual nos muestra un ValparaÃso colorido y alegre, que contrasta enormemente con las procesiones que van viviendo los personajes. Honestamente, me defraudÃ³...

Yo tambien termine decepcionada; es verdad que la fotografia es bonita pero...la pelicula es muy, demasiado mamona y quede con la impresion que no ofrecia ningun mensaje excepto el tipico "carpe diem".
