This survival tale in correction center is very dark and intense , that will leave you shaken

I was ready to turn this off in the first half hour. It's based upon the British film, Scum and for the first half it fills all the cliches you'd expect from a toned down American version but it is worth sticking with until the end. The final scenes are what you'd expect from this kind of film, raw and chaotic and it helps to bring the film out of naff tv movie territory

you gotta love a good prison flick and you add that with a hint of 'scum' and a consistant shot selection of the british style with an american backdrop. got some great characters that dont really go in so much depth, though thats not a bad thing, as it doesnt favour one and leave you left out with another. be interested to see what you guys have to say about it.
