Dilwale (2015)

Raj is a Mafia member. One day he meet a girl (Meera) while chasing by his rival gang and falls in love with her. Later he finds out that this girl is the daughter of the leader of his rival gang. Yet their love story continues until he was shot by his girlfriend upon a deep misunderstanding. After that incident these two lovers lives separate until their siblings fallen in love. With this new love story their paths intertwines again.

Too many scenes copied from Hollywood movies. I've seen Mission Impossible, Fast & Furious and Rapunzel in it. Storyline not as engaging as how Bollywood movies used to be.

Absolute garbage of a movie. I don't think I have watched a worse movie in my life. Unfortunately I will never get back the 2.5 hours of my life that I spent watching this movie. If I had taken a video camera and just filmed a dog taking a shit it would have made a better movie than this. Anyone who says that this movie is good is an utter retard and should seriously consider evaluating their mental health.

Disappointing. .. Boring... Copied. This movie has no story.. The humor is loud, the acting is terrible, the dialogues are impact less, and the direction is shoddy. In a movie that claims to be a romantic saga, two of the pivotal 'romantic scenes' are shamelessly plagiarized from Hollywood...SRK-Kajol date (HIMYM - Ted and Stella) and Varun Dhawan proposal (Love Actually - Keira Knightley and The walking dead guy). At one point I wished Kajol would shoot me instead. 2 stars for this sorry excuse of a movie - 0.5 for Kajol, 0.5 for SRK and 0.5 for Rohit Shetty for convincing both of them to make this movie...and a generous 0.5 for Johnny Lever and Varun Dhawan(who tries really hard to be a muscular Govinda)

Even in the context of Shetty's oeuvre, Dilwale is a low. It made me nostalgic for Chennai Express.
