It's hardly surprising Brent's first big-screen outing is, by far, the funniest movie of the year. But I didn't expect it to be one of the most heart-breaking too.

Fantastic film first time I have laughed out loud in the cinema for ages . Clear Gervais haters on here but hey it's about the film isn't it ..

I missed the other Office characters but Brent (Gervais) is on top form here.Very funny throughout.

Whilst it's not Spinal Tap, and it's not as funny as Gervais' live material, Life on The Road captures the funny awkwardness of the David Brent character and provides enough laughs along the way with its mockumentary style. The music, which is supposed to be bad, is still quite enjoyable and Gervais has to be applauded for writing, directing, starring and singing.
