Even so, after a while you can't help noticing that, rather unusually for a Christie adaptation, not a great deal is happening plot-wise, with the programme not so much gripping us as drifting pleasantly by.

The problem is that most [Agatha Christie] adaptations tend to fall into procedural laziness, waiting until the very end for a big surprise, wasting the authors rich, twisted characters along the way. [Full Review in Spanish]

Excellent story, most excellently done. Great cinematography and directing, acting, the whole package. Glen Close is marvelous as usual although in a limited role.
