Harmon is a CIA/DEA enforcer investigating Arab terrorists captured in Mexico. I don't know what you are all talking but I loved this movie, but there weren't enough sex scenes, I would've loved to see him in some. The second act was definitely better than the first, showing more of Stevens better side AKA, his ass. Definitely a should see for all ages, maybe not black people thou

Seagal as usual. He knows everything and is one serious (humorless) dude. But he still kicks ass and shoots bad guys in the head. A little hard to make out just what the Mexican cartel is doing in Istanbull but who cares they're all dead!

Hadn't seen a Seagal movie in a while. Probably won't again for even longer. Any acting ability he had has atrophied into a monotone, couldn't care less near whisper. His martial arts abilities appear to be gone as well. It's all hands and arms now. They never show him without several layers of clothes on, even in what is the worst love scene I've ever watched. By the book mayhem driven by a convoluted, confusing plot; Seagal gets his man, but he got everyone else too when he was ordered not to. So, do we cheer? Pretty much trash.
