DeNiro and Franco are engaging here in this otherwise standard, catch-it-on-Starz melodrama.

I watched this on DVD and must say I was quite impressed. The story is pretty bland, but great acting and imagery. Worth taking a look.

One of the best examples of an 'good but not stellar' movie in recent years. The acting is solid, the script works and it ties up well. The best thing about it, though, is the lingering imagery of a New Jersey that's lost much of its glory.

decent crime drama, could of done better with that cast.
