Cesar Chavez (2014)

A biography of the civil-rights activist and labor organizer Cesar Chavez. Chronicling the birth of a modern American labour movement, Cesar Chavez tells the story of the famed civil rights leader and labour organiser torn between his duties as a husband and father and his commitment to securing a living wage for farm workers. Passionate but soft-spoken, Chavez embraced non-violence as he battled greed and prejudice in his struggle to bring dignity to working people.

Critics don't know what they are talking about. They are so out of touch. Don't expect overhyped drama. This is the story if a man who beat the system. A very important story to Mexican Americans that needed to be told. Mr. Luna was willing to tell it. Kudos to him!

Loved the movie. Diego Luna and the cast did a great job. The only thing was that at the beginning of the trailers I wish there would of been more live footage or original pictures of the most important scenes of the movie.

Although the directing is a bit amateurish, the concept is there and Still is a great movie to watch.
