The best thing I can say about Cabin Fever: Patient Zero is that it works for people who love blood and gore.

Sigh ... It would have been SO awesome. The gore was so intense it made me nauseous, but these numbnuts just HAD to resort to sex to sell it. How the hell am I supposed to enjoy a horror gorefest when a catfight ensues where a woman pounds in another woman's head with an enormous black dildo?!?! I'm not kidding, just watch it. It was so close ... even the camera angles and composition were good! But ... god. I wish the idiots in the horror world would learn to leave their libido at the door, IT DISTRACTS YOUR AUDIENCE FROM THE PLOT!!! 2/5 - Great camera work, good lighting, amazing gore effects, stupid and distracting amount of sex.

if you have nothing to do, watch the fist two movies, and want to talk about how bad this movie is, then this is for you. The only reason I give two stars is because it make me laugh and not knowing that if it was a sequel, prequel or remake. the truth is its a remake sequel since in part two the virus had already spread and this one is just by itself.
