- it's prequel to the original movie, which was a great horror flick, but this... was just awful! the storyline was there but horrible acting, bad effects and plain stupid!

I expected this movie to be crap. And dang, it is crap. Bad acting, stupid story and general pointlessness. But: The Make-Up is very nicely done. And Sean Astin with a super duper megabeard. So cute. And when that guy DIDN'T shoot himself with the gun, I laughed so hard. And when that door opened magically. And when all the characters made the funnily stupidest decisions. And then the bea(t)ch-fight. Everything was so ridiculous and blatant, almost sharknado-esque. Don't expect anything, grab a beer or sumthing stronger and enjoy this flick as inexpensive as possible. The credits are very nicely done. I expected to give Patient Zero 1.5 stars. But I had so much fun. Earned him an extra 1.5 stars.

Cabin Fever 2 may have been one of the most illogical and badly acted movies I've seen for a while, its sequel/prequel 'Patient Zero' was mildly better! We were presented with typical gore, mild nudity and more gross out infectious spreading fun! Admittedly the story was bland and by this point quite predictable, but it wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen!

An improvement to CF2, which is no feat, but not much new to add to the series (other than a skull being crushed-in by a giant dildo.. That's somethin' I haven't seen.)
