Combining Frances two greatest talents from the new wave (Jean-Luc Godard and Francois Truffaut) this film is one of the greatest films ever and the scene of them running through the louvre has many imitators.

I absolutely love this film. Along with Truffaut's The 400 Blows this is the film that started the French New Wave movement of the '60s. Highlighted by the acting from it's cast especially Jean Seberg and the introduction of jump cuts. Not since Orson Welles' Citizen Kane was there a film more influential than Godard's Breathless (Ã? Bout De Souffle). There's before Godard and after Godard. Cinema was never the same.

Redefined the art of editing. Was a bit disappointed when I found out it was Truffaut's original idea that was given to Godard, now that Godard gets much more attention than Truffaut.

Watched this movie on the big screen finally. Really like the characters in the movie. it is definitely more entertaining when you watched it on screen than on computer. Actors' great. story fine. i love Michael, the main actor in the movie. I love how he acted as a jerk. and Godard got a great sense of humor too.
