75 points, first time to see Jaycee Chan's movie. Always recommend Wong Chun Chun's move.

I only really watched this for one character - flora of course - but then thought that the most interesting one was the ironically names lies... actually.. thats not irony.. Anyway, the way the movie is filmed and put together is pretty interesting. The rest including plot, storyline, characters just kinda falls flat. Each character has their flaws and are kinda slack in how they deal with each other, tho I guess that shows the human characteristics of selfishness, greediness, and disloyalty when it comes to friendship and relationships.. But this was a movie and I wanted to a happy ending! The goodbye at the airport was just stupid.. tho admittedly I nearly cried myself..

Break Up Club reunites beautiful screen couple Jaycee Chan and Fiona Sit in a bittersweet relationship drama/comedy, displaying director Barbara Wong's acute understanding of youth related issues. The film is exquisitely local, not only in the geographical sense, but also in it's honest, and sometimes not so flattering, portrayal of young people in modern HK. Chan and Sit are a decidedly realistic couple, annoyingly shallow and adorably cute in turns. Wong's chosen format, semi-mockumentary and meta in a slightly too elaborate manner, is rather questionable, however, as it places the director herself in an unbecomingly important position in the framework of the movie, which in the end also negatively influences the otherwise genuinely emotive end effective story arch.

very normal story, but why it can break the shield of ur heart? what u can see from this normal story?me??i saw myself..... that's why 4 stars
