Great film, i used to watch this as a kid and i loved it back then, now i love it even more it's a great laugh and even my anthony enjoyed it :)

Du theatre filme, joliment realise en Technicolor mais plombe par le cabotinage des comediens. "L'Esprit s'amuse" raconte l'histoire d'un homme qui, a l'issue d'une seance de spiritisme, voit resurgir le spectre de sa premier epouse decedee prematurement 7 ans auparavant. Une apparition qui met en peril son second mariage. Le ton est clairement celui de la comedie, mais les personnages guindes - caricaturalement "british" - prennent les evenements avec tellement de distance et de detachement qu'on a du mal a s'interesser a leur histoire. J'ai vraiment fini par m'ennuyer.

Truly wonderful film filled with charm and brilliant performances, none better than Rutherfords eccentric medium.
