Don't listen to the haters. It's a fun movie, and anyone pretending that this is some dismal failure to live up to the series is looking at the first two with WAY too much nostalgia (or apparently, in some cases, way too much anger at the "PC culture" or whatever). It's exactly what should be expected from a Bill and Ted movie. It's fun, it's weird, if you enjoyed the first two, you'll like it unless you're making it live up to Bill and Ted movies that never existed.

It was ok. I assume for fans of original was interesting and nice, but since havent seen first one seemed a bit too dumb at times and overusing things like sayings etc from past movies. Nothing special, I think made more for fans of first.

Surprisingly good, feels faithful to the originals, stupid, silly and fun. However at times it really feels like Alex Winters is carrying the weight of the whole cast. You'd have no idea he hasn't acted in 2 decades.

Dean Parisot's Bill & Ted Face the Music is almost exactly as good as its two big-screen predecessors — make of that statement what you will — while cleaning up some, but not all, of the things that might make an old fan of those films cringe today.

The Bill & Ted movies derive much of their humor from the blending of extremely low and extremely high stakes. Face The Music kind of blows it on the former: For all the preaching about the importance of togetherness and unity, the film mostly keeps its fiftysomething stars and their kids apart. Which is a shame.
