This tale of a yuppie couple (played by Ayushmann Khurrana and Sonam Kapoor) flirts with intriguing notions of recessionary struggle, though strained, contrived humor bogs it down.

was average, sonam kapoor sucks big time. Only saw it because of Ayushman. Rishi Kapoor was excellent as always. Felt that it fell off the track in the middle along the way. Could had been much better.

Through all this, Mayera is as fashionable as Sonam Kapoor is in real life, wearing Zara, Mango and Steve Madden shoes in way that's easy on the eye and adds nothing to either plot or character. Since Mayera's fashion-consciousness is a prominent point in the film, here's a parallel to sum up the film. Bewakoofiyaan is like the strapless bra -- a good idea in theory but in practice, pointless and uncomfortable. Ladies in particular, go watch Queen instead.

Rishi Kapoor's characterization overtook, most of the apparent flaws that the movie could be thought to have.. Most of the tone of the movie was natural, with some amount of Bollywood unnaturalness thrown in for good fun.. Sonam has gained strength on screen, and the power packed performance is around the corner..
