This film bleeds beauty. A purging journey of the true life of Nong Toom, Thailand's kickboxer who desires the effeminate life. My favorite Thai film; for its all-around brilliance concerning mood, cinematography, choreography, acting, editing, etc, really the title word really defines every facet of this film, beautiful. One might disagree with the central concept of this film, but the strict message of dreams and self-respect is definitely universal. Also, I'm simply astonished by the acting of Asanee Suwan, and the fact that he himself is a real kickboxer turned actor. In my opinion, a flawless film and highly recommended.

Nice movie, contains massages. But I couldnt accept the story somehow, I actually couldnt feel the meanings of the movie, maybe because I am pleased with my identity, but for the people who's not pleased with dur own body and dur own identity, it's a great movie for all of yous.

Touching story about a girl trapped in a boy´s body. Who begins to train kick boxing to earn money. One of the best boxing movie´s I´ve seen.

A great approach on a complex topic. This movie simply exudes charm, fun and drama. It has a lot of breathtaking boxing scenes and some very introspective and complex moments. I give it the thumbs up, without a hesitation.

This is a touching, charming and inspirational biography film about a transgendered kickboxer with well-done editing, symapthetic characters and colorful visuals. Thoom has realized that he wants to be a woman since he was a kid. He has also discovered glory and joy in kickboxing and graceful dancing. But soon enough he becomes treated like a circus freak by news reporters and is made fun of by kickboxing fans when all he wants is to be himself, to be a woman.
