Ignore the film's poster, which gives a totally wrong impression, and watch the sumptuous trailer and the dance sequence Deewani Mastani to get a flavour of the film's beauty - every frame is visual perfection.

Oh my! What a cinematic experience this flick has been! Taking in the sets, decor, lighting, music, costumes, choreography and special effects has been enthralling! It's also so lovely to see how Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have bloomed into stellar actors. Yes, there are a couple of loopholes in the plot, but these can be sidelined methinks.

Visually stunning, the story line is unconvincing (for many), the ending falls low , but over all worth the watch considering some strong performance from Ranveer Singh

Just the cinematography, music, sets, and costumes alone deserve five stars. One of the best bollywood films in a long time. Best effects I've seen in bollywood and very well directed.
