Its Barbershop for Rednecks. Bill is a bait shop owner who has to make a balloon payment of $15,000 or else the bank will close his shop. I give this movie 3 stars only because I love Bill Engvall so much. Without Bill Engvall it would probably only deserve 2 stars. Billy Ray on the other hand, should stick to singing. I was truly disappointed with his performance in this movie. The movie itself was really lacking something. A good plot maybe!!! It's an ok movie to pass the time but I wouldn't waste the money on the rental, wait till they show it on TV.

pretty good for a cheezy TV movie. some of the acting was bad but that is to be expected. biggest drawback was billy ray cyrus. couldn't act his way out of a paper bag

Thought it was an OK movie. Was a bit disappointed it wasn't as funny as I thought it would be.
