Its Barbershop for Rednecks. Bill is a bait shop owner who has to make a balloon payment of $15,000 or else the bank will close his shop. I love Engvall in this. It's really great and I love how Cyrus plays someone you wouldn't really expect him to.

Thought it was an OK movie. Was a bit disappointed it wasn't as funny as I thought it would be.

Not as bad as Delta Farce, and that actually doesn't say much. But "I want my mullet Back" makes an appearance. Billy Ray was funny, it's not really all that great acting on anyone's part, it's just what you would think.

Watch the first 5 minutes and then ditch the movie and go fishing!

This movie was bad. Doubt being stoned would make it better.
