Babysitter Wanted should be extremely refreshing for horror fans. Without giving too much away, I will say that it's far from your normal babysitter in peril movie. This is not When A Stranger Calls or anything similar to that. The lead character is actually likeable and thinks like a functioning human being, so that we can root for her when she's in danger. The moments of tension and suspense are quite good as well and kept me on the edge of my seat in more than a few spots. There's some great twists and turns to be enjoyed here and its somewhat original in its execution. It also leaves it open for what could be a pretty awesome sequel. Check it out if you want to take a break from all the remakes, "reboots", and PG-13 crud. You'll have lots of fun.

This is merely a ' how to handbook ' in how to dissect human beings. It also makes you afraid of farm folk in the American Heartland, because these kinds of movies make you question what activities they are up to in the dead of night. The son of the devil part of the story,was very thin, thus giving it a 3-star rating. It however was suspenseful, with the butchery being slightly over the top. However they would get an award from the humane society for how they dispatch people.' A hammer blow between the eyes'..kills the brain, and prevents gruesome pain.

It was okay, i wish there was more kyle xy (aka matt dallas). The reason for the killings was interesting, but could have been executed better. It feels a bit unfinished.

Angie er en kristen smaabyjente som flytter til byn for aa gaa paa college. Hun foler seg forfulgt av "noe", men tar seg likevel en barnevakt-jobb paa en farm litt uttafor byn. Om kvelden blir hun plaget av ubehagelige telefonoppringninger. Dette begynner som en typisk barnevakt-grosser ala When a stranger calls, men en artig tvist midt i filmen forandrer alt - og jaggu faar vi litt gore- og flere bloddryppende scener. Samtidig mister dessverre filmen litt av grepet mot slutten - og en endelos rekke av klisjeer kjemper om plassen. Synd, for det er mye her som fungerer - og denne filmen ser veldig bra ut til aa vaere en lavbudsjettsskrekkis. Bra spill og regi. Godkjent dette tross svakhetene.
