This movie was the definition of amazing, though it may not be one of the most visually stunning movies it WAS the most realistic alien movie, no im not talking about the aliens themselves im talking about the characters in the movie and the way they reacted in those situations is what made this movie realistic. The acting was good and the characters were very well developed, the cameo by nick frost was hilarious and entertaining. This movie is excellent and should be watched. 5/5

The film attempts to merge the genres of alien invasion, horror, stoner comedy, and a bit of urban street, and the results are an astounding success. It blends the genres seamlessly into an awesome cohesive whole that is an absolute blast to watch. It's funny, scary, exciting, and even a bit heartwarming. The amateur actors get the job done for the most part with a few hiccups as well as a few standout performances, and the writing and effects are top-notch. It's an incredibly entertaining and profoundly original film well worth a look.

Attack the Block is just an outstanding alien invasion flick with top-notch performances, clever humor, badass aliens, sick gore, a great musical score, and a surprisingly big heart.
