This was a very good movie that shows what some people have to go through to live a good life. The whole story just touches your heart. Natalie Portman did a great job in playing her part. Great plot and casting.

it's one of my favorite movies. i actually randomly found out about it by watching it on TV my freshman year of high school. then i had to get it on DVD. my mom hates it though because of susan sarandon's character and how flighty she is. but i like natalie portman's character. it's a good movie.

I liked it. It was kind of depressing but it was still really good.
