An orphan that gets adopted by an older brother and sister. They want a boy to help with the farm but Matthew has a soft spot for Anne and so she stays and has adventures.

YAY!! Ever since I was little, have LOVED this movie! I can relate to the temperment issues of the protaganist (i.e. smashing a board on a young stalker's head).

I LOVE ANNE! and Matthew and Merila! Big fan of them all. I love these movies and books and recamend them to all girls. They look lame at first but their beautiful stories. You'll cry and cry and love the charactors so much! Take my word for it!
