We all know guns are dangerous and you would think a film about the negative effects of gun violence would be too preachy, but the film is more moving than other attempts such as Gus Van Sant's ELEPHANT. This is a sad film about the reality of guns in a modern society with superb acting performances across the board.

A dark film with a strong anti gun theme. Such caring characters all living with or so close to the typical gun problem in the US. You can't help but feel sad for everyone and the fact that things probably won't change.

This is "Crash" with gun violence substituted for racism, although the tone of director–co-writer Aric Avelino's debut feature may be closer to one of those pious public-safety films that used to be shown to schoolchildren in order to frighten them out of potential bad behavior.
