With iffy direction, bad acting and an even worse execution of an original premise, 'All Superheroes Must Die' feels like it wasted a good opportunity to do something different and surprise us all with a low-budget hit. Unfortunately, it just wasn't to be. Cheesy and bland with one-dimensional characters, the only good thing about the film was the idea behind it.

I want to see Trost re-visit All Superheroes Must Die with a much bigger budget someday, because I know he can deliver something tenfold better given the proper funding such an idea deserves.

Chronicle + Kick Ass + Saw!!! Vs (Conosciuto anche come "All superheroes must die" é un discreto film amatoriale di gran lunga superiore a tanti blockbuster supereroistici hollywoodiani. Con un budget superiore e qualche attore decente poteva essere un capolavoro. Speriamo che qualche finanziatore prima o poi se ne accorga e finanzi Trost, l'idea é buona e merita molto di più.

AKA 'All Superheroes must die.' I liked this one. It just kind of started. There is a ton of back story that was completely skipped. It leaves you want to know what happened. A crazy 'super-villain' captures 4 masked heroes and makes them fight until all of them die. None of the 'challenges' or fights was all that inventive, but it still worked. This movie was surprisingly good for what it was.
