My favorite coming-of-age film. I was so emotionally moved and touched by this film.

Great relationship comedy. Quote of the film "We are doing the work of lazy, pathetic morons."

Day 7 - Adventureland (152 Days of Quick Movie Reviews) This one is #8 on my top 100. Every time I watch it it resonates more and more with me. Proof that Kristen Stewart is a force to be reckoned with and Jesse Eisenberg is a real player in the comedy genre. But make no mistake, this movie is a dramedy about a crappy summer job - and it highlights the best and worst parts of earning money for college. Amazing!

This movie is labeled as a raunchy balls-out comedy but its anything but. Instead, its a smart and funny and perfectly acted coming of age quasi-stoner comedy/drama with some of the greatest rising actors of this time. Plus, Kristen Stewart acts beautifully in this movie. Shes happy, funny, laughing and (spoiler alert) smiling. Great movie. Overall rating: 9.5 out of 10.

One of the most honest and realistic coming of age comedies ever made.
