A totaly delectable movie. An original and extraordinary movie. Far from the modern realisations, this one seems to come right from a lost country. Never speaking of politic or social problem, a simple wonderfull story, with excelent actors. Take an afternoon to see and like this absurd journey.

Absurdistan; and why not? Would be lovers separated until the isolated town, not recognised by any country, can get its water supply fixed. filmed in Azerbeijan - would they know the word "allegorical"? All the children of the village go away to school; packed off on the village bus; only one returns; so what happened to the rest? Some nice surreal touches; also interesting as no-one speaks in this film; it is all just narrated

Samalla seka teravaa etta lamminhenkista huumoria naisten vahvimmasta aseesta sukupuolten valisessa taistelussa. Hammentavalla tavalla yltioromanttista ekan kerran valmistelua.

quite an interesting take on the battle of the sexes ... and green living too? highly recommended if only to experience a much underutilized form of narrative cinematic storytelling.
