It was great. The critics are insane. They wouldn't have jobs if they didn't hate everything. The beautiful Jess Berry gave an especially forceful performance. Watch out for her. She's gonna be a star! Move over Jessica Chastain. This is Jess Berry's town now.

Sparing no maudlin contrivance in a quest to jerk tears that remain stubbornly dry, this hokum is slickly executed by producer Mark Williams in his feature directorial debut. But the result never rises above polished plastic, formulaic, and pedestrian.

I don't understand why this movie is rated so low. Good acting and the story line showed the inside of the headhunting industry. The line between greed and doing the right thing.
