9 (2009)

When 9 first comes to life, he finds himself in a post-apocalyptic world. An excellent animated film with a lot more depth than movies like UP or WALL-E, yet because of its adult themes/visuals and apparent older target audience, it subjects itself to greater scrutiny, and comparisons with more complex adult-apocolypse type films.

It was very nice animation, the characters were average nothing special, and a story that came out of nowhere, this last part might be the best part of the movie, an original story but predictable at the same time.

In 50 years, film lovers will look back on 9 as the debut feature of an original talent.

9 never adds up to much. It's a dark adult film that gives itself over to the chases and frights of a kiddie movie.

Very good. the story wasnt as bad as some people say and the characters were fleshed out to the point were it was enough. The action was just phenomenal, and the same goes to the animation and VA.
