Exceptional true story about real cowboys and their Kentucky Derby winner Mine that Bird winning 50 to 1 odds. Heartwarming, passionate, excellent actors and acting. Can't say enough. Have seen it numerous times and plan to have a copy in my personal library.

I saw this movie and it is great!! the story ..the cast .. the movie everything!! had me cheering along with them even tho i knew the ending!!! I gave it a BIG SHOUT OUT in the theatre too.. LOL will see it again too!! Christian Kane did an amazing job as always and hearing too of his songs in the movie was such a treat!! thanks.. not get out and see this movie!

This was an amazing movie. The acting and storyline made me feel like i was there with them. Great for all ages. Good family movie.

Poor Skeet Ulrich. I have always liked him since his presence in Scream and in TVs . Jericho. In 50 to 1, Ulrich plays a down on his luck horse trainer from New Mexico. He takes a job with an old friend and buys a long shot horse Mine that Bird. After a journey of his life and by a twist of fate, the Cowboys take their 50 to 1 horse to the Kentucky Derby. Based on the true story, 50 to 1 comes off a little corny in the beginning, but as it progresses, you seem to look past the corny and embrace the warm fuzzies that are the horse showing all the skeptics what he is all about! I gave this movie 4 stars because it is based on actual events. I like true stories. If you want like them too and want ton see a wholesome movie then 50 to 1 is for you! Love you Skeet! -Michelle
