Amazing film, can't describe how good it us in words. It's just perfect, so heartwarming, emotional and funny mixed together. Also with a brilliant cast.

Can't think of any way this movie could have been better. Brilliant cast and story. Loved JGL and the awkward chemistry with Ana Kendrick. This movie made me laugh and cry, and I love that it's a true story. 5 stars. Amazing.

With an excellent script that deftly balances drama and comedy as well as beautiful performances across the board - Joseph Gordon-Levitt delivers quite possibly his best performance to date, and Seth Rogen and Anna Kendrick pack some punch as the main two supporting roles - 50/50 is one of the best films of 2011. As a whole, it's a fun film, but as 50/50 edges closer and closer to its ending, it progressively grows more serious - likewise, though, the cast's chemistry grows better and better with the progression of the film, and by its final twenty minutes, I really cared and felt for each character. The minutes before the surgery - and the night before it as well - prove to be tear jerking scenes and a true testament to Gordon-Levitt's acting talent. The end result is a well-rounded, satisfying, and fantastic dramedy about how a cancer patient deals with his sickness.

I thought this movie was great. This is probably Joseph Gordon-Levitt's best performance, he's really matured as an actor and this is proof. Seth Rogen's role as his best friend was amazing, and his sense of humor really brought the movie together.
