The sequel to Zombi 2 which is Zombie in America, which is a semi-sequel to Dawn of the Dead, or in Itally Zombi. Therefor technically this is really Zombie 2 in America. Confused yet? After all that explaining, it's really just another gory zombie movie from Italy.

Crap, Bruno Mattei learned nothing from hell of the living dead to Zombi 3, but the bright spots are a wicked blood spray and a flying zombie head
