Ting, a small energetic alien with attitude, personifies man's technological advances while Juma, an adventure seeking barbarian, represents humankind's inventive nature. Cheezy movie from the 80s. I remember seeing it as a 12 year old, so the high-school aged themes were appealing to me at the time. It definitely doesn't hold up well, and contains all of the cleche drug use references and nudity of films of the day. Three stars for the teenage memories - otherwise, it's worth skipping.

Astonishingly bad. You almost have to admire this level of terrible. The movie's main actors are Scott Baio and Willie Aames, so I think that says enough. It's almost worth watching, however, for the scene where Scatman Crothers rides a bicycle with Albert Einstein while his wife shoots salami missiles at him. Yeah, that's right.

good time early 80s screwball comedy at its finest.

Yes this movie is a hooky 80's teen comedy but the casting is great. If you are between 40 and 50 this movie will put a smile on your face and bring you right back to the 80's. this movie is a classic. Heather Thomas is a knock out!

Zapped! fancies itself to be the bad boy and flirts with that image, but this low-rent production is far too wholesome and blandly unfunny for that affectation to be convincing.
