Great performances in a very well directed drama. Like all of Fox's films, the ending should be re-shot...which is why i avoided the 5 stars. but it is still a beautiful film.

Modern Romeos and Juliets need to mix things up, and this one freshens the pot with a tone that sucks us in with raucous comedy and then gets deadly serious.

Probably my favorite Eytan Fox film. Its about two Israeli soldiers who fall in love whilst on duty. Its truely amazing and will touch your heart. Please watch it!

This movie is really short, just over an hour. Nonetheless, it' really sweet in its brevity. Good performances highlight an otherwise low-budget film.

not what i was expecting. didn't know beforehand that it wasn't feature film length, but i wouldn't have wanted it to be any longer. it was the right amount of time to tell their story which was quite unusual. i can't think of another film with two soldiers as lovers in a war environment. some nice visual moments, tho i thought the cinematography deteriorated a bit towards the end.
