Actually a good film & well developed. I wanted to see a werewolf movie & I was okay w/ settling for a cheesy low budget version, but to my surprising. This story isn't bad. I would watch it again, but I wouldn't add it to my collection. There's a nice little twist to it too that was good.

I was skeptical when I picked this one up. I love fantasies, So i will watch even the dum ones, hopping that i will find a diamond in the ruff. So maybe I didn't find a diamond, but I would say it was a least a gem. I was really surprised at how good this movie was. Like I said I take risks when it comes to movies like this, and most of the time they turn out to be so so, if not down right dum, and way to gory. But this one wasn't as gory as it could have been. It was a little gory, but not overly done like some movies. and it was actually pretty good. I would say more then okay. it held my attention the whole and I didn't leave thinking "that was okay, But I wouldn't watch it again." I mean if they made a sequel I would watch it. I am even considering buying it. I would even say it was better them the new "Little Red Riding Hood" movie It was defiantly worth the dollar I would have payed for it at redbox if I hadn't had a free one from the redbox text club. So if you like fantasy and werewolf stories pick this one up. :)

If you are looking for a good werewolf movie, this one should do it for you. The ending was so-so, a little bit of a let down, felt like it just kind of ended without a really epic fight scene or anything like that. The movie itself though was fun. It's basically your typical group of badass monster hunters that encounter a town being attacked by an abnormal type of werewolf (bigger, stronger, smarter) which they explain as the movie goes on. The effects, acting, and filming were all good. The story wasn't even that bad, like I said before though I just had an issue with the ending.

A fun werewolf flick that you don't have to think about.....if you enjoy werewolf movies of the older type (classic style), then you should definitely check out "Werewolf: The Beast Among Us", because it is a lot of fun and a good movie to watch.
