Ten years ago, over forty people were brutally torn to pieces in Louisiana's Honey Island Swamp. Okay ' this film deserves the try, but it falls behind the rest, i like that the series comes back. But i think the pace of the movie is just way to slow, it falls behind as one of the least in the franchise

Adam Green never abandons his splattery sensibilities in Victor Crowley - which is a good thing for gore fans - but the franchise's darkened atmosphere is barely recognizable this time around.

A daft horror with a diverse cast, some playing it for laughs and others going a bit deeper before their heads and limbs are removed. The effects are delightfully squelchy though the quality doesn't always match the sheer number of squirting arteries.
