Whilst some studios try and get some more mileage out of the classic horror icons, Crowley is a welcome original.

Okay ' this film deserves the try, but it falls behind the rest, i like that the series comes back. But i think the pace of the movie is just way to slow, it falls behind as one of the least in the franchise

Adam Green never abandons his splattery sensibilities in Victor Crowley - which is a good thing for gore fans - but the franchise's darkened atmosphere is barely recognizable this time around.

It's got absurd humor and ridiculous gore. Which is exactly what's expected with this franchise. If you're already a fan of Green's Hatchet series, this'll give you what you want. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a new series of sequels.

Ben Robins 28 Aug 2017

In doubling down on the humour and keeping the practical effects at the forefront, Adam Green has once again delivered a hugely satisfying, fan-centric slasher with a lot of personality.
