The pretense of concern, combined with the cynical manipulation of the plot for cheap thrills, is both transparently hypocritical and broadly repulsive.

Engaging, well acted thriller that gains an extra chilling edge from the fact that it's based on a true story, though it's slightly let down by a questionable directorial decision.

Dunno why, except those periodic Jane Austen's work pieces, contemporary UK productions (no matter of TV or movies) always sound flippant & shallow in tone to me, when comparing to Hollywood, or other European, Nordic, etc Cinemas. "uwantme2killhim?" is just another example. The film actually is not that bad, the twist & turn at the end works on me too. The 'based on/inspired by true story/events' thing punchline is completely meaningless to me though.
