Preposterous, nonsensical, but fun nonetheless, Unbroken frustrates as much as it entertains.

If all it takes for you to get excited is the letter C, I and A then you'll be in for a hell of a ride. There's guns, explosions, espionage and some beautiful people running and fighting. If, however, you have a brain, have watched spy movies before or indeed are following the news at the moment, you might find this story tiresome and the script clunky. A headlining cast phoning it in for a load of embarrassing clichés that ultimately led to relief it was over. That there are worse movies out there is all I can say for it.

This is a lot better than the critics give it. I'd watch a sequel. Plenty of action but the bad guy was pretty easy to spot early o but still worth a couple of hours.
