herschell gordon lewis strikes again with another installment of absurdly silly gore, retardedly anticlimatic endings and a disturbing lack of breasts. gets extra bonus points for a sweet country soundtrack and the prominent display of the confederate flag

a great and imaginative movie, if you like modern horror, and think sommethings amde over forty years ago wont cut it you'd be wrong, this is a must see, the sequal/remake (2001 maniacs) is also worth catching.
