Frank didnt even have act for this one HE IS Tony Rome and that theme tune is so catchy

One of the best characters Frank Sinatra ever played! And one of my favorites of all times. It's not a great movie, but it could have been.

Surprisingly good and half the sets look like they stepped out of a Shag painting (albeit with a much more dismal color palette). Forget the plot, etc. - this is just Frank being charismatic in the 60s.
