not perfect, but a very new role for Eastwood in New Orleans. very exciting, climactic ending.

Clint Eastwood stars as Wes Block. a New Orleans detective tracking down a man that kills prostitutes... Hears one catch.... The killer has some of the same fetishes and fantasies of Wes himself. Naturally, Wes begins to question himself and his beliefs alittle bit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is pretty close to an unoffical part of the Dirty Harry series. The thing that makes this film alittle different is that he goes into more depth of the killer and overall feels like alot less of a commerical film. I think it's actually better than Dirty Harry... The killer seems more elusive and the movie just digs deeper into a plot. 10/10

One of Clint's better detective films.

predictable thriller but the performance of eastwood makes it worth sitting through
