This is one of my favorite films. A very heavy subject and story is set up wonderfully with an extremely talented cast as well as one of my favorite soundtracks. The best British Indie I have ever seen.

If somebody had told me the story, i probably wouldnt have seen this. After all its simple and it's been told too many times. Here we are talking about Europian Art that erases films like "American History X". The true sense of 80s, the amazing performances, characters picked up so carefully, awesome photography. Real meaning without excesses.

It is good!! This Is England may not make for comfortable viewing, but it is cinema at its best.
