Brutal reality. it shocked me to watch but this is based on real skin head culture Shane Meadows is an amazing director and this film proves it. It may be incomfortable to watch but it is certainly worth watching. Definetly patriotism gone bad.

This is one of those films that truly gets deep underneath your skin. I remember seeing this film years ago, and still, every time I watch it, it has the same overwhelming effect. This is to this day one of the many films that I will hold as a standard for myself as an aspiring filmmaker.

wow. this film got so many different reactions from me. one minute i was laughing, one minute i felt sorry for characters, the next minute i was in complete and utter shock, mainly with the actions of Combo. i honestly don't know what to say. i don't know if "loved" or "enjoyed" the film is the right choice of words. it was really, really good though and definitely opens your eyes to the kind of ignorant behaviour that is sadly still out there today in some form or another. was a bit surprised with how it just seemed to end. to be fair, i couldnt see where else they could go with the film though so this is forgiven and isnt seen as a cop-out of 'ending' it. fantastic actors in this though, especially young thomas - he did a fantastic job.

This is a phenomenal movie of a boy's maturing; it also has great music!
