Jason and his wife, Sarah, leave their adopted home of Shanghai and travel to Vancouver, British Columbia, for his uncle's funeral, staying with his Aunt Mei. Already disoriented, Jason and Sarah are unnerved when their son, Sam, begins seeing ghosts and violent deaths. After Sam is hospitalized, Sarah consults with a pharmacist who's well-informed about Chinese mythology and who tells her that supernatural forces threaten her son.

Enjoyable Canadian/Chinese horror movie, delving into the mysteries of ghosts that won't settle. An interesting take on spirits...their bones must be buried with their ancestors or they haunt until they do. Here we have different ghosts following a small boy. This leads to some ghosts capturing him and holding him in the spirit world as a ransom so that they can be put to rest. An interesting take on the ghosts...they were not evil at all, just wanted peace...it was the people who were evil. Very enjoyable.

Not bad. Iako je u pitanju milion puta prezvakana prica o duhovima i stvarima koje treba da se urade da bi oni nasli mir, mora se priznati da je to dosta fino uradjeno. Ima nekoliko dosta creepy scena, ali reziseru se mora zamjeriti na koriscenju nekih jeftinih jump scareova.
